The Graphic Designer will create technical illustrations and infographics, attend engineering and client meetings to translate technical information into visual representations, and format reports into high-end documents. This role involves supporting engineering teams and contributing to various exciting projects.
Responsibilities
- Creating technical illustrations and infographics
- Attending engineering and client meetings to translate technical information and concepts into clear and compelling visual representations
- Working in both internal and external InDesign templates to format word reports into high end documents for publication
- Producing Powerpoint presentations using Cundall’s template
Requirements
- Ability to create technical illustrations, diagrams, and visual aids for complex information
- Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality designs
- Proactive, confident, and able to work independently while challenging briefs when needed
- Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering teams
- Hands-on approach with a practical mindset; proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience preparing artwork for print and digital formats
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Interest in exploring AI tools to enhance design workflows and creativity
