Senior Staff Product Designer

Lead the design direction across major product surfaces and partner with cross-functional teams to shape the product vision. Evolve the design system and conduct user research to inform design strategy and improve user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence the design direction across major product surfaces

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced, high-growth or technically complex environments
• Portfolio that showcases exceptional product thinking, interaction design, systems design, and visual craft
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and simplify multifaceted, ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience conducting or guiding user research and integrating qualitative and quantitative insights into design strategy

• Compensation range: $223,500 - $302,500 USD
