The UX Designer will analyze and improve digital design solutions for service ecosystems, focusing on user needs and satisfaction. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the entire digital solution process, from conceptualization to user testing.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, empathetic, and visually compelling UI/UX for digital service applications and platforms
- Analyze and improve (digital) design solutions with a holistic approach for service ecosystems and its interdependencies
- Apply creative solutions and design acumen at a variety of solutions
- Promote effective collaboration by fostering co-creation approaches between design, business stakeholders, and service teams
Requirements
- Proven track record of UI and UX design during solution development
- Ability to work in complex service ecosystems with various touchpoints, platforms and applications
- Experience in Figma, AI creation tools, and working with a Design system
- Skilled in creating solutions from early discovery through conceptualization, prototyping, user testing, and definitions
