The Product Designer will combine design and weather intelligence to build, ship, and scale high-impact solutions for critical industries. This role involves crafting pixel-perfect designs and collaborating closely with engineering to create polished, customer-facing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Operate with significant autonomy and extreme ownership, crafting pixel-perfect designs and working closely with engineering to turn your product vision into polished, customer-facing experiences
- Combine design and weather intelligence to build, ship, and scale high-impact solutions for critical industries
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience designing B2B products
- Prior experience working on both 0-to-1 and growth stage (post-PMF) products
- Strong intuition for crafting seamless, intuitive experiences that feel precise & dynamic
Key Skills
- Sufficient technical fluency to inspect frontend code and push simple UI changes
- Pixel-perfect attention to detail, with care for fine-tuning visual elements
- Customer-facing experience (discovery calls, UX research, satisfaction evaluations)
