The UX Designer will analyze and improve digital design solutions for service ecosystems, focusing on user needs and validating solutions. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve (digital) design solutions with a holistic approach for service ecosystems and its interdependencies, considering the customers and employees using them
- Apply creative solutions and design acumen at a variety of solutions, demonstrating knowledge of the latest design tools and methods, including Figma, UX prototyping and AI creation tools
- Promote effective collaboration by fostering co-creation approaches between design, business stakeholders, and service teams, ensuring the exchange of ideas and perspectives to drive innovative, implementable service solutions
- Work within complex project constraints, including budget and time limitations, ensuring our Filament design system quality and UX outcomes are achieved, while balancing of short-term and long-term objectives
Requirements
- A proven track record of UI and UX design during solution development, with clear impact and value on the programs you were involved in
- Ability to work in complex service ecosystems with various touchpoints, platforms and applications, preferably within the domain of health services
- Experience in Figma, AI creation tools, and working with a Design system
