Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will design and produce marketing collateral for both digital and print formats, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the role includes managing ad-hoc design requests and maintaining a visual asset library.
Responsibilities
- Design and production of marketing collateral, including graphics for digital channels, print-ready assets, and artwork for mobile assets
- Translate requests into professional, on-brand designs, ensuring all deliverables are error-free and aligned with Hermann Services brand standards
- Ad-hoc design support and asset maintenance, including responding to design requests, providing file support, and editing photos
- Maintain and organize master photo repository
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print formats
- Ability to prioritize deadlines with speed and accuracy
- High attention to detail and commitment to error-free deliverables
- Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across teams

- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Canva
- Project management platforms (Monday, Asana, or similar)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
