STEM Learning Product Designer

The STEM Learning Product Designer will lead the design of innovative learning products from ideation to polished prototypes, applying design thinking methodologies. They will also collect feedback from learners to refine prototypes and ensure designs prioritize usability and learning impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of experimental learning products from ideation to polished prototypes
- Apply design thinking methodologies to translate research insights into intuitive and engaging learning experiences
- Explore emerging technologies and integrate them into product experiments
- Collect and synthesize feedback from learners to refine prototypes
- Document design experiments, insights, and outcomes
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in learning product design, education product design, or related fields
- Portfolio showcasing design work in learning product design
- Proficiency with design tools and prototyping platforms
- Knowledge of learning sciences, instructional design, or human-centered design principles
- Experience with usability testing, rapid prototyping, and iterative design cycles
