The Senior Product Designer will drive design quality and strategic collaboration across the platform lifecycle, focusing on core platform features and user experiences. This includes delivering production-ready designs and evolving the platform-wide Design System.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design strategy and execution for core platform features
- Deliver production-ready designs with an uncompromising standard for visual quality
- Evolve and govern the platform-wide Design System
- Plan and conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Produce comprehensive design documentation for engineering teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and shipping successful digital products
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual design, information hierarchy, and interaction design
- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across mediums
- Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating directly with front-end engineers
