As a Product Designer, you will lead user research and facilitate collaboration within the team. You will design end-to-end solutions and ensure the quality and impact of the designs implemented.
Responsibilities
- Guide research: from data analysis to user interviews
- Facilitate collaboration: organizing and participating in workshops
- Design end-to-end solutions: taking care of the entire experience
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system
- Ensure quality: working closely with teams to ensure design vision is reflected
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
- Experience in product design and rapid growth environments
- Portfolio with recent work that shows process, challenges, and impact
- Figma skills
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
