The Graphic Design Intern will own SHIELD's graphic design process, creating a variety of visual assets for digital and print platforms. They will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain and elevate SHIELD's visual identity and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Own SHIELD's graphic design process - from concept sketches to final execution
- Design a wide variety of visual assets including social media creatives, marketing banners, PDFs & whitepapers, infographics and reports, SaaS product illustrations, presentation decks, email templates, motion graphics / video assets
- Maintain and elevate SHIELD's visual identity and brand consistency
- Educate team members on how to properly use brand assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX/UI, and development teams
Requirements
- 0-1 year of graphic design experience (freshers welcome!)
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and design sensibility
- Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma (preferred), Canva, After Effects / Premiere Pro (bonus)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Attention to detail and ability to proof your own work
- A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow
