The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences by conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and designing polished interfaces. They will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis — conduct user research and usability testing, analyze user behavior and identify experience gaps, create personas, user journeys, and flow diagrams
- Wireframing & Prototyping — create low- to high-fidelity wireframes, build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows, design responsive layouts across devices
- Visual UI Design — design polished, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines, apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles
- Design Systems & Component Libraries — build and maintain scalable design systems, create and document reusable components and patterns
- Usability Testing & Optimization — plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyze findings and iterate on designs
- Collaboration & Communication — partner with product managers and developers, present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
- Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
- Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
