UI/UX Designer - EG007

The UI/UX Designer will create user-centered digital experiences by conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and designing interfaces. They will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Analyze user behavior and identify experience gaps
• Create personas, user journeys, and flow diagrams
• Translate research insights into actionable design solutions
• Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows
• Design polished, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions
• Partner with product managers and developers
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
• Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
• Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
