UI/UX Designer - EG007

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences through research, wireframing, and high-fidelity design. They will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate user needs into effective interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Analyze user behavior and identify experience gaps
• Create personas, user journeys, and flow diagrams
• Translate research insights into actionable design solutions
• Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows
• Design polished, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions
• Partner with product managers and developers
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
• Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
• Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
