The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences through research, wireframing, and high-fidelity design. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance usability and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Analyze user behavior and identify experience gaps
- Create personas, user journeys, and flow diagrams
- Translate research insights into actionable design solutions
- Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
- Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
