The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end UX/UI design for the SaaS application, ensuring consistency and accessibility. They will also scope complex user journey problems and guide design decisions using data and research.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design, prototyping, and testing for the SaaS application
- Independently scope complex problems within the user journey
- Articulate and guide design thinking and decisions to cross-functional peers and senior leaders
- Focus on user research, synthesising insights, and defining clear design opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS organisations working in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of UX tools and processes
- Ability to contribute to elevating design maturity across the organisation
- Ability to deep dive into user problems to produce compelling solutions
- Combination of product design craft with a systems mindset
