The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with various teams to develop solutions that empower internal teams to make data-driven decisions. They will innovate marketplace intelligence capabilities and design solutions that enhance the experience of customers and driver-partners.
Responsibilities
- Ensure we build the right solutions, addressing value, usability, feasibility and viability, and any necessary trade-offs with minimal waste, while safeguarding goals
- Communicate and back design rationale effectively and convince senior stakeholders
- Drive collaboration across domains, functions and teams
- Conduct user research together with the operations team to uncover and confirm the assumptions of your design
- Develop problem-framing approaches, establishing new starting points that lead to new kinds of solutions
Requirements
- Pre-requisite Requirement: Provide your design portfolio (at least 2 completed case studies in English for the past 2 years)
- Strong empathy for users, with a genuine desire to solve their pain points
- Proven expertise in solving complex problems through delightful, impactful design solutions
- Excellent fundamentals in interaction and visual design
- Strong track record of iterative design, collaborating closely with product tech and business partners
- Must be proficient and highly skilled in Figma and prototyping tools
