Web and Graphic Designer
California Environmental Voters • Los Angeles, United States of America 🇺🇸
The Web and Graphic Designer will lead graphic creation and maintain the organization's websites while creating web content that encourages online actions. They will also analyze website performance using data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and create designs for a wide range of materials
- Implement A/B testing structure for creative design
- Ensure all designs are consistent with established brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy, Political, and Organizing departments to understand project briefs and deliver designs
- Manage multiple projects while handling feedback to revise and finalize designs
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 5 years of experience designing compelling website, social media, and other digital channel content
- Firm understanding of composition principles
- Designer problem-solving mentality
- Led multi-faceted digital campaigns from start to finish
- Proficient in UX design tools, like Figma, Sketch, Framer, etc.
- Experience using platforms like WordPress, EveryAction, ActBlue, Pardot, Blackbaud, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Proficient in Adobe Suite programs, such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere
