The Graphic Designer will design and produce social media graphics and digital assets while collaborating with the marketing team to create visually appealing designs. They will also maintain brand consistency and stay updated on design trends.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce social media graphics (posts, stories, reels covers, ads, banners, infographics)
- Design and produce digital graphics and creative for websites
- Develop brand-consistent templates for recurring campaigns and content series
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video assets optimized for social platforms
- Ensure all designs are tailored to platform specifications (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube)
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva/Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Skills
