The UI Designer is responsible for designing graphic elements for digital products to enhance user experience. This includes managing projects from needs identification to implementation and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Handle user interface design projects from needs identification to go-live
- Analyze client needs and develop strategies and action plans
- Solve complex problems related to visual development of solutions
- Act as a resource person for design, development, and project teams
- Interact with stakeholders to understand needs and present design aspects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Action-oriented, complexity, customer focus, innovation, and interpersonal savvy
