The role involves designing B2C web applications and collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering teams to balance product and user needs. Additionally, the designer will conduct user research, communicate insights, and contribute to the evolution of design systems.
Responsibilities
- Designing B2C web applications that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering to balance product and user needs
- Conducting user research, distilling data, and communicating insights
- Consistently communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design implementation
- Working in an agile environment for quick prototype-test-iterate cycles
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Expertise in Figma
- High proficiency in human-centered design, visual design, usability, and accessibility
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end digital product design process
- Experience using AI as part of your design workflow
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Research and Content teams within Agile methodology
