As a UX Designer, you will define and enhance the user experience for members and clients across various digital platforms. You will lead stakeholders in development projects and strategic initiatives to deliver user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the identification of opportunities to improve the member and client experience
- Lead efforts to define the user journeys and the desired user experience within the sector of activity
- Ensure the design of mock-ups, user personalities, functional specifications and information architecture
- Ensure the creation of experiments and perform solutions testing to understand digital client behaviours and improve platform performance
- Conduct trend monitoring, target opportunities for improvement by anticipating organizational impacts and develop practices in terms of digital design and user-focused design
- Conduct and ensure that co-creation runs smoothly between the UI, product management and IT development teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
