The Senior Product Designer will develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites, collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will design, test, and refine prototypes while ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer experience solutions using user-centered design tools
- Review and analyze business, user, and technical requirements to identify best practices and innovative solutions
- Design, test, and refine prototypes
- Provide usability evaluations and support to product development teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience
- Familiarity with common financial expressions related to consumer lending products
- Experience with Figma designs and the Figma design tool
- Experience in conducting research, quantitative and qualitative
- Experience in participating in and running human design thinking sessions

- User-centered design tools such as wireframes, prototypes, site maps, navigation schematics, and design briefs
