Responsibilities
- Drive projects from definition to shipping with a small cross-functional team
- Contribute to and leverage the design system in a coherent and consistent way
- Champion intentional and opinionated design solutions to complex problems
- Quickly prototype and share early design solutions to iterate in the open
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and shipping excellent digital products
- Ability to reduce complex problems into simple design solutions
- High attention to detail and focus on execution and quality
- Experience designing with a Design System and making decisions based on customer feedback and data
Key Skills
- Design systems
- Common design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience designing across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android)
