Senior UX Designer

The Senior Digital Experience Designer leads design work streams to solve complex business challenges while advocating for users. This role involves hands-on design responsibilities including journey mapping, design research, wireframing, and high-fidelity visual design.
Responsibilities
- Lead design work streams to solve complex business challenges
- Work hand-in-hand with other disciplines and stakeholders to scale digital solutions across multiple platforms
- Enhance user flows based on comprehensive research and user-centered design processes
- Journey mapping, design research, wire framing, prototyping, alignment to brand standards and UI guidelines
- High-fidelity visual design, data visualization and visual hierarchy
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in UX, UI or blended UX/UI design
- 5+ years’ experience working in Figma, and/or other industry-standard design tools
- 5+ years’ experience in driving and delivering design from initial concepts all the way to hand-off and successful launch
- Strong portfolio of work including examples of mobile web, desktop and other digital experiences
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Key Skills
- UX, UI or blended UX/UI design
- Figma and/or other industry-standard design tools
- HTML, CSS and other web technologies
- Design system and component-based design
- UI design including visual hierarchy, spacing, typography
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
