Design AI-powered workflows that help users interact with complex data and take action quickly. Collaborate with developers and product managers to create intuitive and scalable design patterns.
Responsibilities
- Design real, AI-powered workflows that help users make sense of complex data and take action faster
- Create end-to-end experiences for internal tools, CRMs, dashboards, and admin platforms
- Translate product and technical requirements into clear, intuitive and scalable design patterns
- Work with and evolve an existing Design System to ensure consistency and efficient handoff
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ship fast and iterate often
- Build high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing complex web-based UX/UI for enterprise or internal systems
- Proven experience with data-heavy interfaces
- Hands-on experience using existing Design Systems
- High proficiency in Figma
- Comfortable working closely with R&D teams and understanding development constraints
