The Staff Product Designer will work strategically with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the provider application. Responsibilities include creating high-fidelity mockups, conducting user research, and advocating for design across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work strategically as a partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the provider application (EMR) and experience
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design work
- Lead and conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consumer product design, working as part of a product team in an agile environment
- Previous experience designing AI tools and recommendation experiences
- An outstanding portfolio of award-winning design for consumer and enterprise products
