Principal Product Designer (UX/NetSec)

As a Principal Product Designer, you will craft cohesive and intuitive experiences for Network Security within Strata Cloud Manager. You will lead the design process, mentor team members, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver data-driven experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and drive a high-level UX vision, using advanced data visualization to translate complex network security data into intuitive dashboard experiences
- Champion executive reviews, using storytelling and influence to align senior stakeholders on the broader product vision
- Analyze customer problems and oversee the design of delightful solutions that meet measurable business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into use cases, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive designs
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with a portfolio focused on high-fidelity web products and data-heavy interfaces
- Utilize or show an interest in learning emerging tools like Pendo and AI-driven platforms such as Polymet or Lovable
- Strong Figma foundations while being ready to pick up advanced prototyping, motion, and AI-assisted tools
- Partner effectively with UI teams by maintaining a working knowledge of modern web technologies
