Responsibilities
- Design intuitive product experiences grounded in user-driven discovery, research, and validation
- Solve complex problems by delivering simple, elegant, and scalable design solutions
- Create visually compelling, high-quality end-state designs that raise the bar for product excellence
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA in an Empowered Team environment to define, build, and ship impactful features
- Produce all design assets, including wireframes, user flows, medium- and high-fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and refined UI deliverables
- Iterate quickly, incorporating insights from users, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to refine and improve product experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
- High proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, collaborative workflows, auto-layout, and interactive prototypes
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies, such as UX research, customer discovery interviews, functional prototyping, and usability testing
- Foundational understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Tailwind)
- Comfort moving beyond traditional visual design workflows by using AI-assisted design processes and working directly in the codebase to accelerate design-to-engineering handoff and improve build fidelity
