The UX Designer will drive the 'Define and Design' phase for prioritized initiatives, creating process maps and customer journeys. They will also present design solutions to stakeholders and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop end to end process maps, map customer journeys, and conduct as-is and future state assessments
- Create low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Define content structure, navigation, and user flows
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards
- Present design solutions, rationale, and findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX/Product Design, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or a highly regulated industry
- Strong experience demonstrating problem-solving, user-centric thinking, and polished UI execution
- Hands on Experience on Figma or similar tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good understanding of the Irish banking market
