As a Graphic Designer, you will lead the creative development and execution of visual design projects aimed at inspiring and educating the public. You will partner with various teams to produce assets across multiple platforms and maintain the visual aesthetic of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Communications, Content and Creative teams in producing assets across multiple platforms (print, digital, webcast and experiential graphic design)
- Sketch, storyboard, ideate, and generate new concepts based on stakeholder direction and self-driven research
- Own the creative process from design to execution on projects both internal and external facing
- Maintain the visual aesthetic of the brand
- Lead and manage projects ranging from simple design requests to managing complex print-ready materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in graphic design, art, web design, or advertising)
- 1+ years of professional design experience in illustration, graphic design, or print production
- 2+ years of digital graphic/visual design experience, preferably in a creative digital agency setting working on digital products
Key Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Expertise in visual quality assurance (VQA) of image size format, color format, and file delivery format
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote
- Proficiency with Figma
