Senior Product Designer - ZEOS Design and Research (all genders)

You will lead the design of complex customer journeys and drive the design vision for ZEOS Logistics service offerings. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging solutions for merchants and their end customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex customer journeys that cut across multiple pillars, services, and teams
- Conduct design thinking workshops and design sprints that leverage user research
- Apply strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively and compellingly for internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
Requirements
- Seasoned design professional with B2B experience
- Experience in leading the design for complex projects
- Strong foundational UX skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience
