The Senior Product Designer will autonomously lead end-to-end design projects, ensuring that user experience designs meet both user needs and business goals. They will collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to create intuitive and engaging product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Autonomously lead end-to-end design projects from kickoff to QA
- Ensure user experience designs meet user needs and business goals
- Explore solutions and initial design ideas through diagrams, sketches and lo-fi collaterals
- Develop detailed designs, working through user flows, wireframes and eventually production UI for both web and native experiences
Requirements
- Ability to autonomously drive end-to-end design projects
- Mastery of iterative design processes (lean UX, design sprints) and user experience design methodologies
- Ability to conduct user testing and work with data tools
- Excellent understanding of UX and UI patterns in both responsive web and native experiences
