As a Senior Product Designer, you will define and evolve the design system and design language while leading design projects that combine research insights and rapid iteration. You will advocate for the user and work collaboratively with product teams to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the design system
- Drive design projects and collaborate with developers
- Create prototypes and test them
- Advocate for the user and engage with customers through research
- Work autonomously and take ownership of design projects
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Excellent visual design skills and solid UX design foundation
- Experience creating Design Systems or contributing significantly to one
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design practice and design execution
