As a UX Designer, you will develop user-centered concepts for digital applications, focusing on the healthcare sector. You will collaborate closely with development, product management, and stakeholders to advise on prioritization and UX strategy.
Responsibilities
- Developing user-centered concepts for digital applications
- Analyzing requirements and thinking processes holistically
- Creating clear and functional solutions from complexity
- Collaborating with development, product management, and stakeholders
- Conducting customer interviews and usability tests
Requirements
- Completed studies or equivalent education in UX, design, or human-computer interaction
- At least five years of experience in UX design, preferably in software development, healthcare, or regulated structures
- In-depth knowledge of UX principles, theory, and research
- Experience with design and research tools, design-to-code processes, and prototyping with AI support
