The Senior UX Researcher will lead independent research projects focusing on quantitative surveys and support foundational projects as they evolve. They will also contribute to the global research playbook and ensure alignment with UX metrics and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead independent, end-to-end foundational research projects with a strong focus on quantitative surveys
- Design and run research studies to support feature prioritization frameworks across multiple markets
- Conduct information architecture research across multiple markets and moderated and unmoderated design testing across design and delivery teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of user research experience with direct, hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Demonstrated experience in designing and leading large-scale quantitative surveys across large samples
- Hands-on experience with information architecture methods, including tree testing and card sorting
