Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a UX Writer
- Knowledge of UX Conversational
- Sensitivity for understanding service journeys and support
- Degree in Communication, Engineering, Design, or similar
- Knowledge of creating copies and microcopies in various formats
- Excellent communication skills, empathy for the user, and ability to accept ideas
