Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives using both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Develop and execute research plans
- Design, launch, and analyze surveys
- Conduct and moderate user interviews, usability tests, and other qualitative sessions
- Deliver clear, actionable findings through reports and visual presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide decision-making with user-backed evidence
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in user research, consumer insights, or market research roles
- Skilled in selecting and applying the right method for each research goal
- Proven ability in quantitative methods, particularly survey design and analysis
- Comfortable with qualitative methods, including interviews and usability testing
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to bridge quant and qual insights
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
