Responsibilities
- Lead projects from day one
- Own the full UX process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iterating
- Translate complex business needs into user-centric designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system
- Validate designs through user testing, continuous feedback loops, and real-world usage insights
- Present work confidently, advocate for users, and elevate team-wide design thinking
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web software/SaaS application work
- Comfortable running discovery activities and producing wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final UI
Key Skills
- UX/UI design
- Figma or similar wireframing tools
- Creating user flows, low/high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
- HTML/CSS basics
- AI design tools
- Motion/animation
