The Senior UI/UX Designer will create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while maintaining design consistency and contributing to design guidelines. They will also lead client conversations and ensure accurate implementation of designs by collaborating with developers.
Responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in translating business requirements and user needs into efficient workflows.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively illustrate design concepts and interactions.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Design and implement design systems, pattern libraries, and experience guidelines
- Maintain design consistency and contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards.
- Provide design assets and specifications to developers, ensuring accurate implementation of designs.
- Lead direct client conversations and keep communication aligned and consistent.
Requirements
- Experience working within a product team, including collaborating with designers, content strategists, researchers, UI Engineers, and product management.
- Prior experience as a UX Designer or Digital Product Designer, creating and/or improving transactional SaaS/IaaS/PaaS or complex software products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Complex problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends, particularly in the AI domain, and incorporate best practices into your designs.
- Proficient in designing data visualizations to convey complex information in a user-friendly way.
- Experienced in responsive design for web, iOS, and Android platforms, delivering consistent experiences across all devices.
