The UI/UX Designer will conduct benchmarking of fintech products, analyze user journeys, and document product features. They will act as a local expert to help the team understand digital financial products in their region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, especially lending apps, in your local market
- Use, analyze, and document user journeys and product features based on a predefined framework
- Provide clear, well-structured documentation of product flows, UX patterns, and key experience insights
- Act as a local expert to help our team understand how digital financial products operate and perform in your region
Requirements
- Good eye for product design and UX
- Ability to clearly communicate observations
- Experience in fintech (big plus), especially in lending (huge plus—but not required)
