Product Designer

The Product Designer will partner with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and design solutions that enhance customer workflows. They will also own the design vision for their area and drive feature launches and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineer, Designers and Customers to synthesize themes across AI product needs, enterprise requirements, and company policies
- Set a high bar for UX practice as a vehicle for strategic alignment in a complex AI problem space
- Own information architecture, navigation, interaction design, and task flows for web and desktop/mobile surfaces
- Own the design vision for your area: drive 0â1 feature launches and 1âN improvements to existing workflows
- Shape product strategy, roadmap, and requirements in close partnership with product, engineering, data science, and goâtoâmarket
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of complex, systemâoriented work that shipped to production
- Experience designing for B2B, fluency in enterprise buyer and endâuser needs, including admin controls, privacy, and auditability
- Ability to design at scale and contribute to/ manage a cohesive design system
- End to end design experience: discovery research and UXR partnership, JTBD, journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping, and usability testing with measurable outcomes
- Proven history working on interaction and visual design
Key Skills
- Experience designing AI/LLM experiences
- Familiarity with evaluation UX for AI systems
- Understanding of enterprise needs around data residency, permissions, and governance
- Comfort collaborating with engineering on feasibility, instrumentation, and experimentation
