The Senior UX Designer will work closely with Product Managers and Developers to create customer-centered design solutions. They will also synthesize customer insights and mentor other team members to enhance the design culture.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to translate customer goals and challenges into valuable solutions
- Make customer-centered design decisions based on real understanding and data
- Create consistent experiences using our JobNimbus brand guidelines, standards, and robust design system
- Show, donât tell, your design ideas using a wide variety of tools like storyboards, wireframes, flows, UI mockups, and prototypes
- Discover and synthesize customer insights through interviews, user testing, data analysis, and building partnerships with CX, Marketing and Sales teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a product or UX designer
- Formal education in a design-related field from a college, university, online program, or bootcamp (preferred)
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Figma Make and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with AI design and coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or BuilderIO
- Familiarity with data insight tools like Pendo, FullStory, and Dovetail
