The Product Designer will own end-to-end product design for key workflows across web-based products and translate complex healthcare use cases into usable interfaces. They will also establish design as a first-class discipline within Atropos and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve product usability.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for key workflows across web-based products
- Translate complex, data-heavy healthcare and real-world evidence use cases into clear, usable flows and interfaces
- Identify key projects that can be completed by designer contractors
- Partner with product managers to develop materials for usability testing with clinicians and enterprise users
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product/UX design
- 2+ years of experience working with and reviewing work completed by contract designers
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, workflow- or data-heavy products
- Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual design skills
