Lead/Principal Product Designer, Agentforce Platform

As a Lead/Principal UX Designer for Agentforce, you will shape how Employee Agents interact within Salesforce. You will define communication patterns and collaborate with teams to create scalable agent experiences.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer agent interaction patterns and define how autonomous agents communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with humans and each other
- Prototype to learn and validate, using tools from Figma to AI-driven environments
- Design for scale and coherence, crafting interaction models and patterns that work across Salesforce, Slack, and the entire platform
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Product/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile application designs, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS
- Success working collaboratively in matrixed organizations and partnering across design, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
Key Skills
- UX design
- Interaction design
- Prototyping and design tools (Figma, AI-driven environments)
- Design systems, accessibility, and design operations at scale
