UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research and create wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications. They will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and improve usability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, surveys, and competitive analyses to uncover user needs, pain points and behavior
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to improve usability
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency
• Perform usability tests, synthesize feedback and iterate designs rapidly
• Ensure responsive and accessible design across multiple devices
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align designs with business goals, presenting rationale, trade-offs and research findings throughout the process

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tools
• Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), usability heuristics, and interaction patterns
• Basic coding skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Portfolio demonstrating clear process, strong visuals and impact metrics
