Drive end-to-end design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, user-centered designs. Conduct usability testing and create design artifacts like user flows and prototypes to communicate concepts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end design initiatives, from initial concept through to final delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are not only user-centered and high-quality but also technically feasible
- Conduct usability testing to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements
- Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and successful project outcomes
- Demonstrated ability in information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design
- Ability to translate complex / ambiguous requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Experience conducting usability testing to inform design decisions
Key Skills
- UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design
