The Senior UI/UX Designer will design and develop user interfaces and experiences for software products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also conduct user research, maintain design standards, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interface and user experience for our software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the usability of our products
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for our products
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with responsive design and mobile app design
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
