G01 - Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end product design process and ensure high-quality user experiences across digital products. Conduct workshops and use user research methods to gather insights and refine design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovering problems and proposing solutions to delivering final designs and supporting product launches.
• Propose planning and UX approach to cross-functional teams, effectively communicating rationale and methodology.
• Conduct workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to deeply understand service operations and business workflows.
• Use various user research methods to gather insights and continually refine and enhance the end-to-end experience.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistent quality across products.

Requirements

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the UX industry.
• Strong experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and skilled in stakeholder management.
• Experience in building or collaborating on design systems.

• Expertise with popular design tools and software such as Figma, Maze, Dovetail, Notion, and Excel.
