Lead the design strategy for Workflow Platform products, shaping intuitive user-centred experiences. Collaborate with various teams to translate complex workflows into effective design systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the design vision for workflow platform products, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery, for workflow orchestration and automation tools
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to understand workflow capabilities and constraints
- Translate complex automation and integration workflows into intuitive design systems and user experiences
- Champion user needs across operations teams, engineers, and product owners, embedding user empathy in every decision
Requirements
- Strategic design leader with a passion for building exceptional teams and delivering intuitive, human-centred experiences at scale
- Mentorship & Team Development: Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing design teams, nurturing talent and creating growth opportunities
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience designing complex technical products in workflow, automation, or platform domains
- Strong understanding of workflow engines, orchestration frameworks, and integration patterns
- AI-native design capability—creating experiences that leverage generative AI, intelligent automation, and adaptive workflows
