Lead the UX Design Community of Practice, setting the vision and pace for UX innovation at Lloyds Banking Group. Inspire and mentor a community of UX designers while collaborating with leadership to drive impact and growth.
Responsibilities
- Setting the pace for the industry by scouting, piloting, and embedding groundbreaking UX trends
- Acting as an inspiring leader and mentor
- Partnering with the Head of Design Delivery Practice and Senior Leadership
Requirements
- Deep passion for UX Design and Experience Design
- Ability to rally teams and partners around ambitious goals
- Collaborative and able to build agreement and momentum for new ideas
